About Clem

Clem is a young brand of artisanal jams created in 2020 with the objective of enhancing the taste of fruits by offering a healthier and less sweet alternative to commercial jams. Inspired by the know-how of an old time, while reinterpreting the classic recipe for jam, Clem's bet is to replace sugar with honey for 100% preparations natural, tastier, healthier and creamy. Our goal is to bring fruits and their flavors back to the heart of the jam jar, that's why our recipes are mostly composed of fruits (up to 80%). We only work with fresh seasonal products (mostly French) from organic farming and harvested at maturity that we marry with honey from French beekeeping.Read their story
