FIRMA began long before the bottle—back when we were kids running through our grandfather Abdelkader’s rows of olives, mint, and vegetables, eating the same food we picked hours earlier. In Tunisia—the Mediterranean’s quiet powerhouse, where olive trees outnumber people eight to one—our family planted its first grove in 1978. What started as our grandfather Gadour’s dream grew into the region’s first modern mill and a network of over 200 small family farms. Dry-farmed. Pesticide-free. Passed down through generations.
