In Tunisia—the Mediterranean’s quiet powerhouse, where olive trees outnumber people eight to one—our family planted its first grove in 1978. What started as our grandfather Gadour’s dream grew into the region’s first modern mill and a network of over 200 small family farms. Dry-farmed. Pesticide-free. Passed down through generations. No shortcuts. No blending. Just single-origin fruit from real people on real land. We pick in the morning and press by night—always within 10 hours. One cold press. No heat, no additives.
