Arponcho is a woman-owned and operated business; dedicated to offering high-quality reversible ponchos line with proven sell-through, fantastic customer service, and immediate shipping. Arponcho was launched in 2019 with HQ in New York City by the designer Aya Ran. Aya owns a retail online store that offers colorful and funky waterproof caps. After living in rainy NYC for a few cold winters and wet summers and working with a men's fashion designer, Aya identified the need for a versatile rainy days solution and came up with stylish ponchos that fit business outfits, travel, special occasions, or just for fun. “I couldn’t stand seeing New Yorkers wearing those plastic bags on the streets and I wanted to change this experience. My vision was to create a functional and fun solution that fits the everyday life in the city”. Our garments are made of high-quality materials, a silky-soft hooded rain poncho with magnets to tighten underarms, that flatter any range of size. The rainproof & windproof travel ponchos are reversible with cool prints and colors, giving you 2 looks in 1. The ponchos keep out the moisture and wind but let in the good vibes! 🤩
