About Uncommon Opossum

Uncommon Opossum is an individual female artist who makes designs inspired from the heart. From forest critters, flora and fauna, to bones and outer-space, whatever calls to me I create. I grew up in the south, specifically the North Georgia Mountains, but most would say I don't fit the traditional southern stereotype. Being raised surrounded by Appalachia, I always find my creations to be a culmination of punny and edgy forrest critters, or just something with a southern twist. Whether it's opossums or raccoons, wildflowers, or just the moon in the night sky, my work embodies nature's beauty in unique ways.Read their story
