About MAD LAB

MAD LAB produces healthy, innovative and authentic organic savory crackers and sweet biscuits. We are committed to the circular economy and reducing our environmental impact. We recover spent grain, cereals from the brazing of beer, to enhance it in some of our crackers. Our entire range is available in bulk and we have a local supply of 90 to 99%. Our crackers are vegan (except the cheese one) and everything is produced in our workshop in Laeken, from the cooking of the confits to the final packaging.Read their story
