When we reordered we waiting a while before messaging on January 10th and got the following response "We are very inexperienced in shipping and had done individual jars internationally only and it's been a learning process so far. The new boxes should come in 7 business days and I will ship it out to you immediately after that." it is now February 2nd, and we have not heard from this brand.
