The experienced chef and award-winning grill master is simply a culinary enthusiast and a true spice aficionado. When creating new recipes, the tinkerer relies on his experience and, of course, his palate and nose. Whether herbs, lavender, edible flowers, or the legendary Goiserer Szechuan pepper – no walk through the paradise on his doorstep is complete without new... Dream Team Marcel & Elaine Since the enterprising hygiene manager and master chef enjoys sharing his knowledge with other connoisseurs, he also works as a trainer, recipe developer, and seminar leader. The positive feedback has encouraged him from the beginning to persistently follow his path. The COOK & GRILL credo is social, regional, and tasty. In the spirit of sustainability, we rely on recyclable packaging and nature-friendly cultivation. This is not difficult for us, as we have always naturally lived sustainability. What we cannot harvest from our own garden, we exclusively purchase in the best quality from Austria. Also in terms of taste. Inclusion is another major topic that is very close to our hearts.
