West Coast Babka is a woman-owned artisan bakery. We make everything from scratch by hand with love, always. Our founder, Rachel Koch, started the company in Bend, OR because she wanted to share her passion for decadent baked goods (especially babka!) with others. We specialize in traditional Eastern European babka (a sweet yeast bread), but we also offer a variety of other pastries and savory items.
