About Oser Collective

Oser Collective is a boutique brand founded in 2017, with a clear commitment to making a positive difference and a focus on empowering women. Founder Sascha has been dedicated to this commitment for the past 20 years, and has incorporated this into her design process. At home in the beautiful Byron Bay, local artisan Sascha begins her thoughtful design process, drawing on inspiration from her spirituality and life experiences. Growing up in England, she saw and learned a lot about the world from an early age, being exposed to many cultures and beliefs. She went on to study Indian philosophy, which is where the story of Oser Collective began... Sascha's vision is to design a limited range of organic, timeless, sustainable pieces that will last a lifetime. These designs are brought to life in Delhi and Jaipur, India, where they are ethically made by young female sex-trafficking survivors. The goal of Oser Collective is to provide dignified employment for young women and share more of their story in the process. The Oser collection is designed for women who share the same passion for slow, sustainable fashion, who want to make meaningful memories in lifelong wear and raise awareness by doing so.
