The products we received were beautiful, high quality and exquisitely packaged. The turnaround time was absolutely horrible. We had to remove holiday themed jewelry due to the fact that the holiday had already passed by the time we received any word of shipment. I did reach out 3 times asking for updated shipping dates which sadly came with multiple excuses as to why they hadn't been shipped. We order early to prepare for seasonal trends, but unfortunately it was over 9 weeks to ship.

It is definitely not the first impression I want to leave for any of my retailers and I’m truly sorry that your order was so delayed. Fortunately, I now have a system set up where my mom helps me a lot and I’m able to get the earrings made faster, so this will hopefully not be a trend for me.
