No Amazon/marketplaces: You may not sell LHP/Leuchtturm products on or through Amazon, or other large web-based retailers/marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Walmart, Target, Fanatics, StockX, Etsy) as a third-party seller or otherwise, without LHP's prior written consent. "Web-based retailer/marketplace" means high-scale online retail platforms with national or international reach. Independent/local specialty retailers selling on their own websites are not included. Products covered: All goods manufactured, branded, owned, or exclusively distributed by Leuchtturm Gruppe or Lighthouse Publications. Downstream sales: Do not knowingly sell to anyone who will resell on Amazon/large marketplaces without LHP's written consent. You are not required to police downstream channels, but if LHP informs you of a prohibited reseller, you must stop supplying them.
