About KayTran Eyewear

KayTran Eyewear was founded with the goal of bringing inclusive sizing into eyewear. It started with simple beliefs: One size has never fit all and every face is unique, deserving of a great frame. She had a goal to make eyewear better fitting for individuals with low nose bridges across diverse backgrounds, including herself as an Asian female. We talked to hundreds of women both Asian and across different backgrounds who were fed up with wearing generic-fitting, mainstream sunglasses made for more prominent nose bridges that: 1. Slipped down our lower nose bridges 2. Sat on our cheeks, leaving embarrassing indents. 3. Lifted off our faces when we smiled. What began as an endless quest to find eyewear that solved these fit issues, soon turned into a 2-year journey of meticulous research and design to create our Lifted Fit Frames - a new, perfect low bridge fit frame in wearable, timeless designs.
