OUR COMPANY The Balù cosmetic line with pure snail slime was born from a new business idea, that of 0 km cosmetics. At the base, in fact, there is a real organic snail farm where the snails are bred in compliance with their natural life cycle, respecting their development times and without using them feed or other products that speed up their growth and alter their properties/qualities. BREEDING This is the Snail Regina farm (www.lumacaregina.com) that was born in 2017 in Venosa, at the foot of Monte Vulture, in a geographical area known for the production of Aglianico wine and for the numerous sources of natural mineral water. The particular characteristics of the soil, of volcanic origin, make the snails of this farm unique in their kind. Starting from a quality snail, we come to have a quality snail slime, with a high amount of active ingredients inside it, extracted in purity and without damaging the snails.Read their story
