Our Story FOUNDER & PASTRY CHEF Lisa Dowe All of our confections and baked goods are handcrafted in small batches made to order. Professionally trained at Le Cordon Bleu specializing in pastry, confections, and chocolates provided me with the background to create a perfect bite of a handcrafted confection. I believe when ingredients are combined in just the right way, they become greater than the sum of their parts. Therefore creating layers of flavors when consumed. Moving to the Hudson Valley surrounded by natural beauty inspires me. Farms are abundant and surrounded by quaint picturesque towns and natural beauty. I could think of no better inspiration.
