HUMUZ stands for statement jewelry made from wood, acrylic, and mother-of-pearl - unique, loud, contemporary. Behind HUMUZ are Cosima and Golda, two sisters from Fürth, Germany. We design and produce all jewelry pieces ourselves, placing great importance on original and unique shapes and the use of fairly and sustainably produced materials. A large portion of our materials is sourced from material remnants and vintage jewelry. HUMUZ, derived from humus, Latin for nutrient soil, represents the creative process of transforming material remnants and used items into something new and valuable.
