About Bolts and Stars

Hi! We are Lindsay and Rob - two designers, engineers, artists, musicians, and outdoor lovers. We met over a decade ago at work - Rob remembers seeing Lindsay walk by his desk for the first time in a flowery skirt, and Lindsay remembers nervously passing along notes to him about an animation project that was in progress. Flash forward to today, and we are married and live in Indianapolis, IN, with three boys, hundreds of plants, and a neighbor cat in our 150-year-old home. We both love making things - working on an R+D team together on projects at work is how we got to know each other over the years. Now, we work on projects at home and always have something in progress! Something we have both loved for a long time is collecting stickers and creating designs that speak to our love of culture, music, Indianapolis, and everyday life. We started with stickers, and have expanded into apparel, art prints, and more! Our focus is always on creating quality designs with a bit of personality, and we are thrilled to be using our backgrounds to build a business where we get to share what we love with the world.
