About Miki Dee Candle Co LLC

Hello, I'm Shante and I feel that the best kind of work is the kind that doesn't feel like work. That's what Miki Dee Candle Co is to me. What started out as a hobby to pass time during the start of the pandemic, became a passion. Miki Dee Candle Co is named after my first daughter, Mikayla AKA Miki. I started Miki Dee Candle Co as a way to fill in my free time during the quarantine. After giving away dozens of candles to friends and families, I wondered; "Would anyone buy these?" The answer was yes. After a few sales here and there through word of mouth, I determined it was time to give it my all. I decided to work on my craft and perfect the art of candle making. After months of trial and error, I was finally ready. With the help of past and present customers, the word of my new company is growing and spreading  faster than I imagined. I am proud to be a self-taught, black-owned company with desires to shed light on the world…one candle at a time.
