Quarantine Project is Made For Food. We make simple, versatile, savory hot sauces that are designed for the home chef. The hot sauce market is flooded with aggressive, excessively spicy sauces and vinegar-heavy concoctions. Our products use flavorful peppers and chiles, roasted spices, and as little vinegar as possible for shelf stability. All of our products have been pH and nutrition tested and are bottled in an FDA-approved facility. We have six sauces available. They are all vegan, sugar-free, low sodium and gluten-free. Our ingredients are sourced from high-quality local suppliers like Savory Spice and Select New Mexico. Currently, we are selling online and at farmer’s markets, where we offer samples.
