MUNAY was born from the fruits of deep love, inspiration and prayers. Hand-Crafted jewelry made by skilled artisans in beautiful Bali, the Island of the Gods. Each piece contains a prayer for the waters of the Earth, for you, and our human family. Every purchase of Munay Jewelry helps us to support families in need and contribute to plastic waste recycling. On average, we recycle up to 10kg's of plastic for every piece purchased. Our Jewelry philosophy is one of creating artful masterpieces using natural materials and inspiration from the sea and earth. We incorporate natural pearls, shells, gems, and beautiful stones into our jewelry designs. The majority of our jewelry is gold vermeil. Meaning it's safe for sensitive skin & is highly anti-tarnish compared to other jewelry coatings. What does Munay mean? Munay is Quechua language from the Incas of Peru. It means 'eternal, unconditional love without thinking or hesitation.' Munay is seen as an attitude of respect and appreciation for everyone and everything. To walk in Munay is to walk the path of living from your heart. That is how important Munay is for the Inca Shamans and Ingan people, and why we have chosen this sacred word to represent our brand and the work we aspire to do.
