About Lithos Alight

Every candle is poured into a unique handmade vessel and meant to be repurposed once the wax has been used. Beeswax candles + vessels is Denton based painter and sculptor Jennifer Dunn’s latest project, Lithos Alight. The warm amber glow and the smoked honey smell of pure beeswax is unique in a world of candles where fragrance is so popular; offering a clean alternative to those who have sensitivities. Paired with vessels created to add visual interest, complete with Nature inspired names. Artisan concrete and mineral pigment forms into random patterns that ignite a sense of beauty and inspire wonder at the world of motion captured, as if a snapshot in time. Read their story
