About Crac and Drêches

Crac and Drêches makes crackers (aperitif cookies). In collaboration with brasseries in the Hauts de France, we recover drêches which are recycled and cooked with love to make good crackers 😋 But what are dredges?! Germinated barley or wheat makes malt, the malt is brewed to make beer, and what remains is the dry part of the cereal called drêche. Drêches cooked with passion make crackers! Recycling at the service of aperitif! These aperitif delicacies can be eaten alone, served with a spread or with good cheese, and any occasion is good to enjoy them. Six flavors are to be discovered: golden sesame, rosemary, oregano tomato, Espelette pepper, onion and olive. Nothing is lost, everything is transformed!! These crackers are ideal to be sold in a grocery store, a delicatessen, a local grocery store or a wine shop.Read their story
