One of our flagship sauces at Rosalynn that works with everything: our cilantro, scallion, sichuan peppercorn chimichurri is our everything sauce. punchy, yet layered, herbacious with hints of spice and pickling and umami filled with blistered shoyu and fried garlic. It's unlike any sauce you’ve ever had but its foundation comes from your traditional chimichurri - a structure of herbs with garlic and vinegar. Our product is made exclusively with the same ingredients as fine dining restaurants and is made with Graza Sizzle Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
