About Ashley Ozmint Art

As a graphic designer by day and a painter by night, I have always loved making. As a kid, I’d sew my own clothes and paint my own puppet show backgrounds on furniture boxes. I see creating as a way of experiencing and responding to our shared world. I find myself most alive when I’m outdoors. The tangle of lines in wild foliage and the soft shapes rolling fields make as they get further away—these are what I seek to capture in my paintings that I often paint right there on site. I want my art to bring this adventure and joy to your walls on even the most mundane of Tuesdays. Read their story
