About Northwest Expressions

Hello, I’m Bonnie and I own Northwest Expressions. We produce gourmet cookies and confections in small batch artisan form utilizing all natural ingredients and only the finest chocolates. We started out as Northwest Candy Emporium located in Everett, WA in 1990. We launched a complete re-branding of our entire cookie and confection lines in November of 2020 as Northwest Expressions and re-located to Harstine Island WA. Harstine Island has proven to be the perfect place for us to build our permanent home and new candy factory. Since constructing our “Northwest Expressions” facility we have added Specialty Chocolates, Chocolate Shortbread, Butter Crunch Almond Toffee, Toffee Pop Popcorn and Gourmet Savory Popcorn. Even though we now have several more products, Rick’s Grandma Carrie’s original 1950’s hand-written recipe for our first product (Soft Peanut Butter Brittle) still hangs in our kitchen. Though a bit tattered, it is framed now to preserve the recipe we still use to this very day. Read their story
