Ground Up is a woman-owned flour mill in historic Holyoke, Massachusetts that sources 100% of their grains from Northeast Farms. We are committed to partnering with local producers who grow & sustain generational farmlands throughout the New England region. We're proud to operate two New American Mills and make highly nutritious, stone-ground flour that is fresh-to-order. Our mission is to develop products that showcase quality, consistency, and sustainability. Our facilities operate on 100% renewable hydro-electric and solar power, use only USA made paper packaging, and deliver in an electric van throughout the Northeast.
