We don't think it's fair to receive this review. The customer placed the order on October 30, 2025, which we fulfilled on November 3, 2025, and we delivered the goods to the DHL courier managed and indicated by FAIRE. In the meantime, the courier lost the goods, causing damage only to us! We assisted the customer throughout the package tracking process, also inviting her to follow all the dispute procedures established by Faire to request the order.
