About Poulettes Sisters

A brand, a state of mind... but who is behind the brand and why? I introduce myself: Anne-Andrea, I have been a designer by profession for 20 years, I design and develop ready-to-wear clothing for men. Since then, I have long wanted to have fun and create a universe for funny, original women with strong personalities: POWERFULL Women who take responsibility, play by codes and, above all, do not take themselves seriously. Women fans of Rock and Metal music. I want to share my taste for designer, fun, colorful, quirky and often regressive things. I try to give meaning to my creations and try to manufacture in France or in Europe. When I can, I choose to have them made to order to avoid waste. I want to work ethically. Also in order to obtain a quality product, I partner with specialists to create products that respect people and the environment as much as possible. Why “Sisters Poulets”? Since I was a teenager, between friends we called each other “Little Poulette”, it's an expression full of tenderness for my friends. Sisters, because in the most beautiful friendships, the strongest relationships of women, there is sisterhood, the impression of having found a sister. The combination of the 2 words gives me the impression of a “team”, like the “Pink” as in the movie GREASE, a cult movie that rocked my adolescence.Read their story
