About Mamaki Skin

Natural skincare and mamaki tea collection from Hawaii to embrace and nourish your sensitive skin. The Mamaki Balm was created as an answer to our holistic therapist / formulator’s own sensitive skin prone to eczema, psoriasis, itchiness and dryness. Most products on the market caused her skin to get worse, didn’t work that well, or smelled synthetic, even if they were labeled as “natural.” So in 2022, she took the prototype of the baby balm she had made for family and therapy clients 16 years prior; her super-green thumb husband Douglas encouraged her to add native Hawaiian healing plant mamaki, after he heard a call from the ancestors and the ‘aina that the healing mana of mamaki needs to be shared with the world. Mamaki Skin, their Polynesian farm-to-body brand, was launched in early 2022 with just one product: Coconut Mamaki Balm. Within several months, it was available in over 60 locations across the Hawaiian islands, and has since expanded to a full line of skincare and tea collection. You don’t need a million products to take care of your skin. Our balms take care of most issues: You can use it from your head to your toes, as a serum for your face, dry skin moisturizer, tone brightener and rejuvenator.
