About Katie Clement Illustration

UK-based illustrator Katie Clement creates intricate hand drawn illustrations drawing on themes of architecture, travel, and nature. Katie designs her own collection of Greetings cards and wall art prints based on her original illustrations. Her illustrations are well-known for their bold combination of detailed monochrome illustration with a striking colour pop, and high quality and beautiful products, which are intended to evoke memories and bring their recipients joy. One of Katie’s all-time favorite things to do when traveling to a new city is to seek out the spots that make it truly unique. The independent stores that locals love, the hole-in-the-wall restaurant that’s a well-kept secret, the historic landmarks that make a city unique -- these places are important characters in the memories and stories of peoples’ lives. Capturing them in her artwork is one of her greatest joys! But good design doesn’t stop with the final product which is why Katie goes the extra mile to make sure their products are as sustainable as possible - all their paper goods are made from FSC certified paper and come in biodegradable film bags, using recyclable materials for packaging and responsible manufacturers wherever possible. Katie has worked as a Fashion Print designer since 2010 with designs being sold worldwide. Her illustrations have been displayed in cafes, featured in Grand Designs Magazine and she hopes to build more of a career in editorial illustration. Read their story
