The typical grocery pickles aisle is full of fluff, but we don’t think they should be served on your table. Instead we want to provide you an experience - a taste of simpler times. We believe that food is not just nourishment for the body, but also nourishment for the soul. This is why we created a “nude” pickle using clean natural ingredients. You won’t find any preservatives, artificial flavors, fake colors, or excess sugar in our pickles. Our pickles are mindfully handcrafted in a food certified facility in Washington. We are intentional with our pickling practice. We focus on prioritizing American farmers and the environment. We aim to reuse and recycle to be considerate of the environment. My pickling journey: At the age of 27, I was mentored by George (an 80 year old Vietnam War Veteran) on traditional pickling methods. I also took food safety and food preserving courses to become a master food preserver. MINIMIZING SHIPPING COST: I keep a 0 minimum order for your convenience however I ship using a case that holds 10 units.
