About Char and Oak LLC

Char and Oak started as a competition cooking team. The company is named after my two daughters, Charlotte and Oakley. As they have grown, the company has grown as well. Starting with just four flavors, Char and Oak now offers 8 unique blends with dozens more custom orders going to restaurants and food trucks. Every blend is made in small batches to ensure the highest quality. All blends are ground down to a fine powder to guarantee even distribution of flavors. I inspect every batch before bottling to make sure the blend is just right. Read their story
