About Pinewood Leather & Collar

Pinewood Leather & Collar is a Nashville-based brand built on a simple belief: pet gear should be made with the same quality, materials, and design standards we expect from the products we use ourselves. With a background in premium leather footwear and product development, and experience inside the global pet industry, we saw an opportunity to do something different. Too many pet accessories felt disposable, trend-driven, or purely utilitarian. We set out to create pieces that are functional, refined, and made to last. Our first product was a category-defining leather dog seatbelt tether—thoughtfully engineered, entirely original, and designed to look at home in a well-appointed vehicle. It established the foundation of our brand: elevated essentials that combine craftsmanship, restraint, and everyday usability. Every Pinewood piece is designed in-house using high-quality leathers and solid hardware, with careful attention to proportion and detail. Select styles feature limited-edition leathers from the renowned Horween Tannery in Chicago, offering heritage appeal and strong storytelling for retailers. We are building Pinewood Leather & Collar intentionally, expanding into collars, leashes, and accessories that fit seamlessly into premium retail environments.
