Drawn Hungry is a celebration of food and the people who make it. The brand first began as a art Instagram account in 2017 where artist Jordan Mishra Johnson posted portraits of chefs, farmers, artisans, and food media personalities. Her work was featured in Bon Appetite, Star Chefs Magazine, and Fresh Cup Magazine. In 2020, she began posting illustrations of foodie rabbits depicting a dreamy world of gatherings and cookery. In December 2021 she self published a coloring book called “Rabbit Food.” The idea for the Drawn Hungry card game was first conjured up in November of 2022. It was Jordan’s way to bring people into her foodie rabbit universe and provide a delightful experience. The game highlights her perspective on cooking being a creative and social force for good while highlighter her illustrative talents.
