The Spark Behind LoveLossDiscoballs: We’re Rachel and Warren, a husband-and-wife team creating greetings cards with feeling - for grief, love, friendship and life. LoveLossDiscoballs was born from our own journeys through grief and healing. Rachel, who lost her first husband to suicide and both parents to cancer, found strength in sharing her story and creating something hopeful from heartbreak. Warren, a designer, with experience of the greetings card world, brings his own understanding of loss and a passion for thoughtful, beautiful design. Together, we realised our skills were a perfect match: Rachel’s words, Warren’s design, and a shared belief that the right card at the right time can mean everything. What started as a mission to bring colour, light and hope into the world of sympathy and support cards has blossomed into a wider range that celebrates resilience, friendship, encouragement, and all those moments that don’t fit into neat boxes but still deserve to be marked. Our mission is simple: to make cards that connect people in the times that matter most.
