Sari is a Sicilian farm specialized in the production and transformation of local and sustainable organic products. We are in Trecastagni, a small village on Etna. Our name derives from the text of Domenico Fazello who in 1558, in his 'De rebus Siculis decades duae', indicated under the name 'Sari' the lava stone stones, a fundamental element of the Etna territory. Sari-Azienda Agricola specializes in the cultivation and processing of aromatic and medicinal herbs. Here the research is based on the creation of new aromatic blends for spices and herbal teas. From our orchards we also collect native varieties such as the cola apple and the thigh pear, later transformed into precious extra jams. Starting from our fragrant fields, we collect unique, exceptional and different honeys for each year. Over the years, thanks to a single process of processing and preserving food, drying, we have developed innovative and creative product lines, such as snacks (Cafoodda) and natural dyes (Archinuè).
