The Australian journal for knitters, crocheters & yarn lovers. 100% Australian-owned and made, Yarnologie is about sharing the stories of the people who grow, make and create with beautiful yarn, with an emphasis on natural fibres and sustainable practices. Designed to inspire, empower and encourage fellow yarn crafters to try new things, share their creations and just enjoy the goodness of making with yarn. We’re a publication with our roots in Australia, and from both here and New Zealand come the majority of the stories we tell. Yarnologie began in 2018 as a digital publication, dreamt up and created by Sarah Price. With a love of writing and reading, Sarah saw a need for a fibre craft magazine that focused on Australia and New Zealand. Yarnologie embodies all things yarn, hence the name.
