As a psychotherapist, I've dedicated thousands of hours to supporting clients in their therapeutic journeys. One key insight I've gained is that knowing is not always doing. And while awareness is critical for self-growth, that doesn’t always transpire into taking action. Knowledge that isn’t applied won’t get us to where we want to be in our lives. This is the foundation that inspired the creation of Mindful Matters, where evidence-based tools help individuals to thrive in their lives.
