About Jumenterie du Pech Blanc

The Jumenterie du Pech Blanc was born in 2016 in the town of Théminettes in the Lot. Lovers of horses and nature, we raise horses, Salers cattle and offer many activities or services in an organic and peasant farming approach. We are the only producers of horse milk in the Lot, and there are only a few producers in France. We are committed to the preservation of “small farms” and the environment. This is why we produce organic mare's milk and make our soaps in an artisanal way under the brand GALEGA in our Pech Blanc jumenterie in Théminettes, between Figeac and Rocamadour. We breed Haflinger horses from Tyrol and Henson horses from the birthplace of the Marquenterre breed in the Somme Bay, which, beyond producing mare's milk, can be ridden, harnessed, and used for animal traction. You can come and spend a stay in the Lot in our jumenterie in an unusual accommodation, a yurt furnished with all the necessary comfort or small trailer.
