We choose the best in Danish fruits, grapes and berries and make them taste experiences beyond the usual. Nordic Sparkling Wines Andersen Winery is a Danish winery located in the unique landscape around Mols Bjerge National Park. We use Danish fruits and berries because of their unique flavour and perfect acidity for sparkling wines. We work closely with farmers near the winery to ensure a sustainable production with a minimum of transportation. Traditional and Innovative By combining the traditional method with the finest, Danish-grown fruits and berries, we have created a unique type of wine. But great taste takes time, so our wines spend between 12 and 45 months ageing in tank, barrel and bottle. No bottle leaves the winery until aroma, taste and structure is in perfect balance. A Wide Selection We have three different types of wine: The dry wines are perfect as a different and exquisite aperitif. The low alcohol wines have a distinct and clear taste of fruits, made for sunshine on the terrace. And the dessert wines are defined by a delicate sweetness and an intense taste of berries. Our wines are made to be paired with food, and each year new wines join our selection.
