The history of “Flor d'Ametler” goes back 70 years, a quieter and simpler time on the island of Mallorca. The creator of this unique perfume grew up in a totally untouched rural area of the island. This was how one day, Bernardo Vallori strolling under the almond trees, soaked in their intoxicating fragrance, reminded his mother and grandmother when they were making their own perfumes by macerating their delicate flowers, along with rosemary, lavender, sage and mints. That scent made him tremble, feelings of love, tenderness, joy, euphoria and passion took over the body... As an idea was forging in his mind. His knowledge and studies of chemistry would be used to capture that smell, with the illusion that his scent would be able to awaken the best feelings in those who used it. He decided to make his perfume, he did not settle for pouring it into the bottle. That perfume made with almond blossoms, flower of hope and precursor of spring, would be like a message of love that would run through the world in a bottle, waiting to be opened. What better than replacing the classic scroll of the bottle with a flower, the same flower with which he made the perfume.
