Our story began in 2020 when Covid shut the world down. I, Melissa owned a wedding/beauty business on Maui, HI and was put out of work to be home full time with my then four year old daughter, Quinn. With no end in sight I pivoted to learn the fashion/production industry to meet the needs of what I saw as a gap in the kids swimwear market. My goals were to produce ethically using sustainable materials. I wanted to create comfortable designs that stayed in place and offered adequate sun protection. Throughout the process Quinn has been by my side, approving fits, prints and styles.
