About Julie Gross Artist

My work began as paintings on canvas, and expanded to hand painted jewelry, and now has expanded to paint kits. All of the earrings begin as laser cut shapes out of wood. I paint them in acrylic and coat them in resin. This helps with the durability as well as the shine. The earrings are my little candy coated paintings and I love creating them! The paint kits are all based on my original artworks. I have the designs engraved onto the canvas, and they include all the necessary materials to create the painting (paint, brushes, and a mini print to use as reference.) I'm happy to create a paint kit for different cities. I have Baltimore and DC represented so far. My work is currently in over 15 shops in the DC/ Maryland area including Femme Fatale in DC, and Strathmore Mansion gift shop. I'm excited to meet you!
