About BC Print Media

B.C. Print Media is as much about screen printing as it is about illustration. We love the art of printmaking and the one-of-kind aspect this form of reproduction offers. We started in 2010 designing and printing gigposters for bands and artists in Lawrence, Kansas and New York City. Gradually, we started attending art fairs, wanting to sell our work to a wider audience. We're inspired by nature and music, shared experiences one can enjoy as an individual or with a group. Sustainability and domestic production are important to us; we buy and print on recycle-manufactured French Paper Company paper which is made in the US, family owned, and run on fully renewable hydroelectric power. Likewise, our bags and backings are made in the US and eco friendly; the bags are compostable and backings are recycled corrugate. All prints are hand illustrated (with font laid out digitally) and hand printed without using auto or semi-auto presses. Our aim is to remain versatile, using different ways to build illustrations and print in different styles in order to remain inspired. We likewise keep our prints affordable to encourage our customers to interacts with the product and ultimately have more of a connection with the art as it graces their wall(s).Read their story
