Justin Ellen has been in the kitchen for as long as he can remember. When he was young he would always bake with his mom and grandma for every holiday. Eventually, he geared off onto his own creating custom cakes that were pieces of art. There he found his true passion serving hundreds of clients a year but realized he wanted to help aspiring bakers as well!
