Texas Hot Honey was founded in 2021 by RC Gallegos, our Gourmet Hot Honey was developed to provide a more versatile option for those in search of that "sweet heat" universal perfect condiment. After sampling dozens of honeys and studying the honey industry we chose our honey partner who we share the same principles with and began developing our flavors and recipes. After much R&D we settled on our current 4 flavors: Pineapple Heaven (MILD) Roasted Hatch Green Chile (MEDIUM) The Original (HOT) Killer Bee (EXTRA STING) At Texas Hot Honey our philosophy is consistent with that of our partners, where our first priorities are quality and purity of our honey and our by product, Texas Hot Honey, as we provide Chiliheads, Foodies & Chefs with a pure, high quality honey that we have infused with different chillies for enjoyment and enhancement with many different foods. ie. pizza, fried chicken, chicken & waffles, BBQ, ice cream, fruits, salads, sandwiches, drinks & many other dishes.
