About Brasserie Jukebox

Freshly created in January 2022, Brasserie Jukebox is located in the heart of Cognac, in Charente. This is the story of three friends who share a common passion for Craft beer and who decided to join forces to create a brasserie in their image: a place to share with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. We brew a variety of Craft beers with diverse inspirations, guided by the principles of balance and accessibility of tastes. We want consumers, regardless of their sensitivity, not to have to choose between daring tastes and the finesse of classic and contemporary styles. Through our permanent range, we highlight the subtleties and diversity of hops, the richness and creaminess of roasted malts or the natural acidity of lactobacilli. We express our creativity and our freedom of expression through our range of ephemeral beers. Depending on our desires, they can highlight a style of beer, the fruits of a season, the spices of a region or our terroir via more or less funky barrel aging. We brew all of these beers with passion, attention to detail and the desire to offer the best version possible.
