About BKE Kombucha

BKE Kombucha is the first naturally made, low-sugar, low-calorie kombucha without added probiotics, pasteurization, artificial flavors, or sweeteners. Our co-founders are two physician-scientists who study the human microbiome and plant medicine. They have used their knowledge of the microbial world and plant intelligence combined with decades of fermentation experience to create BKE. Our kombucha is made using a ‘low-and-slow’ fermentation in our brewery.
