Important Shop Notes & FAQs: -Orders are packed and shipped in 5–7 business days. -We ship using services that typically deliver in 1–3 business days, including Fedex, UPS, USPS. -Most plants ship in their nursery pots. Taller 6 inch plants may ship bare root and need to be potted on arrival. -Plants arrive unlabeled, dry, and may need cleaning up and watering before resale. -Plants may vary in size, color, or shape and may not be blooming. -Assorted items are a random mix from dozens of varieties and will differ from photos. Plants will not be labeled by variety. -Any damaged plant must be photographed and reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims are reviewed individually, and replacements or credits are issued per item. Broken stems, rot, or major loss qualify.
