SayGhee is a modern ghee brand focused on clean, simple ingredients — using only grass-fed and organically sourced butter. Born out of a desire to nourish our bodies without compromising on flavor, SayGhee was created by health-conscious founders who kept asking a simple question: What are we actually cooking with? As concerns around the inflammatory effects of seed oils and the sourcing of olive oil grew, we turned to a time-honored staple in South Asian kitchens — ghee. But we quickly realized that despite its incredible health benefits, ghee remained misunderstood and underrepresented in many communities — especially in modern, wellness-driven spaces. So, we set out to change that. SayGhee is more than just a product — it’s an educational and inclusive brand built for today’s mindful consumers. What is Ghee? Ghee is clarified butter — butter that has been slowly simmered and strained to remove water, lactose, and casein (an inflammatory milk protein). The result? A lactose-free, anti-inflammatory cooking fat packed with nutrients and a high smoke point — making it a healthier, more stable alternative to both seed oils and traditional butter.
