Do you know how climate change often seems too big for ordinary people like us to solve? And you start to question, "can I even make a positive impact at all?" We understand those feelings of powerlessness because we've felt that way before, especially when we were told we didn't have enough money to plant trees in our community after losing many to careless development and floods. With love for the environment, Livelihood was born from the belief that anyone has the power to make a difference and be a significant part of fighting the effects of climate change. All without having to change much at all. We fund our reforestation efforts across American cities by creating quality lifestyle essentials from organic, recycled, and sustainable materials. We use 25% of our profits to plant trees in city parks and communities, focusing on historically underserved neighborhoods with higher temperatures, flooding, pollution, and health issues. By planting trees in our cities, we can solve many of the societal, economic, health, and environmental issues our cities struggle with today, Together, we are making American cities and nature one for a better quality of life for all through everyday essentials. #RootForChange P.S.
